Registration Fee

A registration fee of £25.00 (refundable within a reasonable time following the commencement of attendance) and deposit (equivalent to one week’s fees – refundable at the end of contract) will be required alongside a signed contract which
outlines all terms and conditions above before commencement of childcare. Once fees have been calculated over 12 months, there will be no deductions for absence, sickness or holidays.

All charges are inclusive of meals, snacks, drinks and all planned activities throughout the day including resources used FOR ALL.

Additional Charges
However, occasionally there may be an additional cost for certain trips. These are not mandatory and parents have the choice to opt in or out.

Extra hours requested will be charged at the session appropriate for the age of the child.

There is a late payment charge of £15.00 for 15 minutes for persistent late pick up. (This is discretionary.)

Incidentals

• Baby Formula if required must be provided by the parent/guardian.

• Nappies, nappy cream and wipes must be provided by the parent/guardian.

• Parent/guardian can provide their own food and snacks if they wish, being cautious of allergies. However, this does not reduce the daily rate.

Payment information
Fees are payable in advance on the 1 st of every month for the month ahead. When a child starts, the total annual fee will be calculated based on attendance. An agreed start date will be dictated by the completion of registration. Failure to start
after the contract is signed with place reserved will result in one month’s notice fee
being due immediately.

This total will then be divided equally across twelve months so that the payment amount remains the same each month.

We will also accept weekly payments and one-off emergency childcare payments. (Credit card, Vouchers and other forms of legal tender accepted.) Failure to pay fees on time may result in child’s place being suspended until fees are paid in full. A receipt will be provided upon request.

Notice Period:
We require one month’s written notice which must be given on the first day of the month only, before termination of the contract. Fees are payable during the notice, whether the child attends or not. Fees are reviewed annually in April in line with Government expectations i.e. the impact of budgets and the increase in minimum/living wage.
