Meet the Team
As part of our group of Nursery Schools we have a passionate and dedicated group of individuals who help deliver outstanding practice and a high level of engaging experiences for the children.
Sue Cawthorne
Area Manager
Susan has over 20 years of experience in childcare. She is qualified as an Early Years professional and holds a degree in Children’s Learning in Families, Schools and Beyond.
Debbie Dolman
Deputy Manager
Debi has over 23 years of experience in childcare. She is qualified with a level 3 NNEB in Nursey Nursing. Debi is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the management team.
Louise Firth
Deputy Manager
Louise is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the management team with over 23 years of experience within the nursery setting. She has a level 3 BTEC National Diploma in childcare.
Karen Searle
Assistant Deputy
Karen is an enthusiastic member of our management team with 20 years of experience in the nursery setting. She has a BA honours in childcare and young people, a level 4 in CCD and Level 5 NVQ diploma in management and Leadership (Foundation Degree)
Madeline Richardson
Assistant Deputy
Madeline has 25 years of experience working in childcare. She has a Level 4 in CCLD and a Level 5 NVQ diploma in management and leadership (Foundation Degree). Madeline is also our SENCO and safeguarding Coordinating Officer
